This Privacy Policy explains what FlipMeter ("we", "us") collects and how we use it. By using the Service you agree to this policy.
1. What We Collect
- Account data: your email address, obtained through Google sign-in (Google OAuth).
- Usage data: your analysis counts and plan, used to enforce limits and show your remaining quota.
- Product queries: the Walmart URLs you submit, processed to generate your analysis.
- Basic technical data: IP address for abuse prevention and free-trial rate limiting.
2. How We Use It
We use your data to provide the Service, authenticate you, enforce plan limits, prevent abuse, and communicate with you about your account. We do not use your data for advertising.
3. Payments
Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles your billing information. FlipMeter never sees or stores your credit card details.
4. Sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties. We share data only with the service providers needed to operate FlipMeter (e.g. Google for sign-in, Paddle for payments, and our hosting and product-data providers), and only as required to deliver the Service or comply with law.
5. Data Retention
We retain account and usage data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
6. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Email us and we will respond within a reasonable time.
