Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of FlipMeter (the "Service"), operated by justaduck ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

FlipMeter estimates the resale profitability of retail products by retrieving pricing data and calculating marketplace fees. All figures are estimates provided for informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for your own purchasing and selling decisions.

2. Accounts

You sign in with Google. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your access credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment processor, Paddle, and auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current cycle. Prices may change with prior notice.

4. Free Trial & Usage Limits

The free trial provides up to 500 analyses within 14 days of sign-up, whichever comes first. Each plan has its own usage limits as described on our pricing page. We may rate-limit or suspend usage that we reasonably believe is abusive or automated.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to resell, scrape, or redistribute the Service, circumvent usage limits, or use the Service to violate the terms of any third-party marketplace or applicable law.

6. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Pricing and fee data may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. We do not guarantee any profit, sales outcome, or marketplace eligibility.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any losses arising from purchasing or selling decisions made using the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding three months.

8. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

9. Changes & Termination

We may update these Terms or modify the Service from time to time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
